I am a returning customer and I Pre ordered custom fit Callaway Paradym ai smoke irons and a separate wedge.A few days later wanted to amend the wedge order so I phoned the customer support team and Callum couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent value and the ability to purchase individual irons to build your set is unique to this place

Unbelievable customer service. I made the rookie mistake of sending the wrong items back to HotGolf and Caine couldn't have been more helpful when I contacted them to let them know about this mistake. He made sure to keep an eye out for my items and did me a massive favour by sending them back to me free of charge. I've ordered from HotGolf many times in the past and honestly can't recommend them enough! Thank you Caine, saved me a fortune and I'll definitely be back in the near future!
