TAYLORMADE KALEA PREMIER LADIES DRIVER

A complete revolution in the design and manufacture of ladies golf clubs. For the second time, TaylorMade has designed a product range exclusively for lady golfers. Historically, manufacturers have solely taken a men’s club design and reweighted the heads and added lighter and softer shafts to produce the ladies versions. The TaylorMade Kalea range has been created completely around what ladies demand from their golf equipment.

The TaylorMade Women’s KALEA Premier Driver is powered by Tour-proved technology and calibrated for slower swing speeds. The key piece of technology behind the new KALEA Premier Driver is its forged ring construction, which unlocks a new dimension in distance and forgiveness.  Constructed from lightweight, high strength aluminum and milled to an exacting shape, the ring (found in the rear of the club) unites a massive rear weight, full carbon sole, carbon crown and a new milled back cup face.  By fusing all of the components in the head, TaylorMade was able to create an exceptionally stable and forgiving driver. At the rear of the driver, TaylorMade’s Inertia Generator is strategically angled to improve aerodynamics on the downswing, promoting increased club head and distance.  Just aft of the generator, a heavy 22g weight drastically boosts MOI and forgiveness, as well as delivering a higher launch. TaylorMade finishes the KALEA Premier with their own proprietary, lightweight KALEA Premier shaft and Lamkin’s lightweight Sonar grip.
