Unwanted Goods / Wrong sizing
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days commencing the day after you receive your goods. The unwanted item(s) must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging to receive a full refund. We will then refund the cost of the item(s), excluding postage costs within 14 days. Christmas Returns up until the 14th of January 2020
If you have ordered goods that do not fit then we will gladly exchange them when they are returned to us within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods, provided stock is available. You must notify us of your intention to return the goods and the reason for return via e-mail to the following address email@example.com
Procedure for returning goods
Please re-package any unwanted goods and include either the original packing note or a note detailing your order number, name address and contact number, reason for return and requirements (i.e. refund/exchange). Please retain proof of posting until we confirm receipt of goods to ensure that they are not lost in transit. We reserve the right to charge exchange postage for items purchased which total less than £30.00.
Returning Goods / Faulty Goods
If in the unlikely result you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately either via telephone on 0151 356 3254 or via our firstname.lastname@example.org email address. We will offer either a replacement item to be sent, or a full refund. We reserve the right to have a manufacturer’s inspection before we refund or exchange to verify an official decision for some complaints. On products within their manufacturer’s warranty period we will always replace or repair the item.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order please phone us on 0151 356 3254 immediately or e-mail to email@example.com. However, as we endeavour to ship your order quickly, it may not always be possible to prevent your order from being dispatched.
Money Back Guarantee
All items have a 7 day money back guarantee. However, if you are dissatisfied with your item, please let us know so that we can endeavour to rectify the situation. This excludes custom fitted clubs ordered as they are unique to the purchaser’s requirements.
The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by our terms of our service.
