I have used Hotgolf online on multiple occasions for irons sets and individual clubs too. I had an issue with the wrong grip being fitted to my new club which is done by the manufacturer. I took this into stall today as I needed a quick fix and the guys were very polite, good banter and rectified my issues right away. I came down to hotgolf today for my free custom fitting and was served by Paul who took his time to talk me through the fitting process and also talked me through all the changes he was making throughout the fitting and how they would improve my game. Recently bought a premium brand trolley from Hotgolf. Sadly after a few uses i started to have a few issues with it, however Hotgolf have been first class in listening to my issues and responding to my concerns. In particular Jess has been stand out, whom without i doubt the issues i experienced would have been resolved in the manner they have been!
