Here at Hotgolf we fully understand that you want to receive your purchase as quickly and as conveniently as possible which is why we use both Royal Mail & DPD as our Trusted carrier partners. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over £30.00 and we also offer discounted shipping upgrades to receive your order on a guaranteed next day service. Once we have dispatched your order you will receive a shipping email confirmation, so you know your order is on its way. The shipping email will contain all shipping information so you can keep track of your order.
Your tracking information will be forwarded onto your email so that you can trace your parcel right to your door. Our warehouse team aim to get all orders dispatched out as quickly as possible and our cut off time for same day dispatch is 2.00pm.
Please note that in general, we generate our shipping labels immediately once your order has been processed and marked as complete. Therefore, if you have ordered a custom/personalised product, this will not be shipped until the goods have been built and subsequently received at Hotgolf.

When delivering the parcel, the driver will ask the recipient for a PIN code, which he then enters into the scanner. Each PIN code is unique, it is created separately for each shipment. On the day of parcel delivery, the recipient will receive a unique PIN code via e-mail or Viber/SMS message. In case the recipient is not able to receive the parcel, the PIN code can be distributed to an authorized person (family member or friend) so that they can receive the parcel on behalf of the recipient. Because the PIN code acts as a personal identification, caution is advised when transferring the PIN code to another person. When receiving a parcel with a PIN code, additional written confirmation is no longer required.
