Here at HotGolf we understand how important it is that our customers not only receive the best customer service but also the best price. That is why we offer a Low Price Promise. In the unlikely event that you see a product advertised by one of our competitors both online or in-store at a lower price then we will beat it.
Price Match Requirements
All products that are in stock are eligible as per the following criteria:
- The competitor’s product must be identical as that offered by Hotgolf.
- The competitor’s product must be in stock at the time of the price match.
- The competitor’s cost of delivery will be added to the price match total value.
- The competitor’s price must be advertised publicly online and verifiable.
- The competitor’s price must be active at the time of the price match.
- We do not price match verbal quotations or personal staff discounts.
- All discount codes and voucher discounts matched must be live and visible.
- All discount codes and voucher discounts matched must be available to all customers.
- The competitor must be based in the UK and sell direct to consumers.
- No other discount vouchers can be applied to price matched products.
- If the competitor’s price is exclusive of VAT then VAT will be added to the total price.
- Hotgolf LTD reserves the right to refuse requests that are seen as unacceptable to our company.
