Instructions: 1. Do not open the outer protective package until ready to use. 2. Remove the inside pouch from the outer protective wrapper. Shake the pouch to mix and activate the contents. Do not open the inside pouch. 3. Allow 10 to 20 minutes for the warmer to heat up. 4. Place the foot warmer in your shoes to maximize heat efficiency. 5. If heat decreases, expose to air and shake contents. 6. After use, dispose of pouch with regular garbage. All natural ingredients will not harm environment.
