A: Yes, MLM2PRO will be compatible with both Android and Apple devices.

Q: Will I be able to upload my information from my MLM to my MLM2PRO?
A: The MLM2PRO requires a different app, as a result the MLM data is not compatible with the new app.

Q: Does MLM2PRO require a Premium Membership?
A: The MLM2PRO comes with a 45 day free premium membership trial. A Premium Membership is not required, however, the MLM2PRO Premium Membership significantly enhances the user experience with access to thousands of simulated golf courses, training platforms and more.

Q: How are spin rate and spin axis measured?
A: Through Rapsodo’s partnership with Callaway, Rapsodo specially engineered balls using Rapsodo Precision Technology (RPT). The custom designed Callaway RPT Chrome Soft X Golf Balls deliver the ultimate golf experience by providing spin measurements within 1% of the accuracy of high-priced launch monitors.

Q: Will I get spin rate and spin axis if I use a regular golf ball instead of the Callaway RPT balls? 
A: Currently, MLM2PRO does not showing spin numbers without the Callaway RPT Ball.

Q: What are the ideal space requirements for set up indoors for MLM2PRO?
A: The indoors setup will require between 4.3 to 5m. First, 2.4m is needed from ball to the net. Then, the MLM2PRO requires another 1.9m – 2.6m  behind the ball. Taller players may need to place the device further back to capture their entire swing video.
